Manuals & Downloads
Everything you need to evaluate, install and run Display Player: how to try it on your own PC, the manual, a cut sheet for each edition and quick guides.
Try it on your own board
- Tell us about the venue. Your sports, your scoring console or timing system, and the LED processor the PC feeds.
- Get a trial build for your PC. Every Display Player build is made for one PC. Until it is licensed, the player marks the board with an evaluation watermark, so you can try everything on your own wall before you buy.
- We help you set it up. Our support team can help with setup remotely, without a site visit.
- License it. When you’re ready, the build is licensed to that PC. A spare PC can be added to the same license.

Quick guide: Meet Manager to the scoreboard
The board shows the running clock and lane times from the timing console by itself. Swimmer names, results and team scores come from Hy-Tek Meet Manager, and Meet Manager sends them when someone presses a key on its Run screen. Select the event and heat, then:
| Press | Sends to the board | When |
|---|---|---|
| Ctrl + F10 | Start list for the selected heat: swimmers and teams, lane by lane | Before every heat |
| Ctrl + F11 | Results one page at a time (heat 1 = places 1–8, heat 2 = places 9–16, ...) | After the event |
| Ctrl + F12 | Full results for the event, finished or not | After or during the event |
| Ctrl + F9 | Team scores | Whenever you want the standings up |
- Pressing a key again sends the same thing again; it is always safe.
- Every start list you send is remembered: when the console reaches a heat already sent, its names come up by themselves.
- Meet Manager’s scoreboard must be set to Generic for the keys to work.
